I've mentioned this a few times now; that over time the arrangements do tend to change quite a bit. Revisiting Body and Soul I have made a latest update.
Included in this post is a audio demo. Apologies if it is a little sloppy. I am still getting used to the 16th feel. I will rerecord it once I feel more comfortable. For now, this is good enough to get an idea of the arrangement and feel. Essentially I have stripped out a lot of the chords from the beginning of the song and have added an Ab pedal. Harmonic interest really starts in the second half of bar 3. Along with the very slow tempo and 16th subdivision this gives it a very open feel and it is quite enjoyable to solo on.
